Contact Guideline

If you face any problem from the services provided by any of the following organisations then first contact the 1^st point of contact, then the 2^nd, then the 3^rd and then the 4^th point of contact. Please try to exhaust the 1^st then the 2^nd and then the 3^rd point of contact before going to the 4^th point of contact. The person highlighted in red-bold letters is the best person to contact for the respected organisation. Please make all your communication with A2i through e-mail and please don’t call over the phone unless it’s absolutely necessary (you may call Kaniz or Mesbah for any Hardware/Software/LAN/Setup problems on 02-8144668).
